Temporary Trail Closures
The Daniel Ridge trail is partially closed while the bridge at the trailhead is rebuilt. The Forest Service expects the trail to reopen by mid-July.

Yeah, it’s a nice, neat steel and wood arch bridge. The only thing I don’t like about it are the fake rock walls at the abutments - still, they look nicer than plain concrete. A nice natural stone job would have been classy, but probably expensive…
